We’ll look to you to deliver results in line with our priorities, working collaboratively with partners to understand and manage the diverse needs of our customers and communities in all that we do.

As a Line Manager, you will be responsible for delivering our front line services. The trust and confidence of our customers and communities will be a direct reflection of how you fulfil the challenges of the role. You will achieve this by leading by example, upholding our professional standards, and showing personal flexibility in the face of change.

As a leader, you’ll face a number of challenges including achieving continued crime reduction, developing effective partnerships, increasing community confidence and leading our people so they can be the very best they can be.

This career opportunity is open to exceptional Constables with valid NPPF/OPSRE part I or OSPRE part II looking for promotion. Sergeants with a proven track record of effective delivery are also encouraged to apply.
