Event Custody Healthcare Practitioner Virtual Open Day

Virtual Open Day Event online via Microsoft Teams for Experienced first level Registered Adult / Mental Health / Children Nurses and Paramedics  . Please note that in order to attend this event you must be a First Level Registered Adult, Mental Health Nurse, Children Nurse or a qualified Paramedic working in a Band 6 role or equivalent with 3 years experience. All attendees must bring with them photographic ID. Due to high demand you may be placed on a waiting list and an alternative time may be provided.

Please note you will be required to attend the whole two hour time slot at the virtual open day, on Thursday 26th March 2026 at 10am, please ensure that you arrive in readiness for us to begin promptly 10 minutes before the start time. 

This Virtual Open Day event will give you an insight into the role, environment and expectations of a custody nurse practitioner within the Metropolitan Police.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of this unique role within metropolitan police service.
