Job Title: Resourcing Administrator Supervisor - HUB – MO6 - 01
Salary: The starting salary is £45,207.75 which includes allowances totalling £7,697.
The salary is broken down as £37,510 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £40,141. Plus, a 12.5% shift disturbance allowance, a location allowance of £2,009 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

The role of MO6 Public Order and Resources Command is to lead the MPS in putting the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time. We assist BCUs with duty planning and resource central aid on their behalf via the area resourcing hubs. We meet the requirements of the Event Command Teams whilst making sure each BCU has the staff it needs to operate effectively.
The Role
As a Resourcing Administrator Supervisor you will be responsible in delivering resourcing and duty planning support to ensure that the right officers with the right skills are allocated to public order, ceremonial, and central aid requirements, enabling the safe and effective delivery of policing across London. Acting as the first point of escalation for complex resourcing issues, you ensure the continuity of service and timely resolution of queries from Basic Command Units (BCUs) and Event Command Teams, whilst building effective working relationships across MO6, BCUs, and specialist units to balance operational demand with local resilience.
Additional Information
This is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract position.Hours per week 36. Shifts are on an 8-hour shift pattern covering hours from 0700 -2100 Mon –Fri. There is also a need for weekend cover which is currently 2 x 10-hour shifts, 0800-1800 Sat/Sun once every 6 weeks on average.This role is eligible for a 12.5% Shift Disturbance Allowance.
