Job Title: Real Time Resourcing Desk Administrator - M06 Public Order Command - 01
Salary: The starting salary is £34,808, which includes allowances totalling £2,928.
The salary is broken down as £31,880 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £34,108. Plus, a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Real Time Resourcing Desk (RTRD) Team as a RTRD Administrator within the Metropolitan Police.
MO6 is a multi-faceted OCU that not only plans and delivers all policing plans in response to spontaneous and pre-planned events in London, we are also responsible for the delivery of all CARM (Computer Aided Resource Management) related work such as yearly roster renewals, shift pattern changes, the movement of staff around the MPS, CARM access, overtime, pay queries and the management of annual leave and rest days.
The Role
As a RTRD Administrator, you are responsible for providing real-time resourcing and mobilisation support across the Metropolitan Police Service, ensuring officers are deployed effectively to meet operational and public order demands. You will complete data analysis to provide the Met with an overview of the resource capability at any time, indicating available skills & resources currently booked on duty. You will monitor ‘booking on & off’ compliance and provide feedback to aid the development of de-brief documents to drive MPS wide improvements.
